Lauren Goodger - Correction

Following the publication of an article headlined Lauren Goodger says she won't be having Covid vaccine as she likens virus to a 'cold', published on 5 January 2021, Ms Goodger has denied making any of the claims quoted in this article; in particular she has stated that she does not disagree with masks, she is not frightened of the vaccine and she did not compare Coronavirus to the flu.

Although dailystar.co.uk provided screenshots of the livestream and took notes of the comments, it did not have notes of the disputed quotes and therefore was unable to demonstrate to IPSO that the claims had been recorded accurately.

This correction has been published following an upheld complaint by the Independent Press Standards Organisation.
