A woman was left stunned after she discovered her husband's secret workout routine.
She had been wondering why her hubby spent so long exercising, so she decided to investigate, and shared the results on TikTok.
The video, posted by nate_t3xas, has since gone viral, amassing more than 1 million views. People were left gobsmacked by what she found when she opened the door to the gym.
The caption of the video read: "Husband caught 'working out'", before revealing her husband energetically dancing to Mariah Carey's hit song, Fantasy. His enthusiastic dance moves, which included Britney Spears-inspired choreography and vigorous shoulder pumps, left viewers in fits of laughter.

The video has received thousands of comments from amused viewers, with some even claiming that Mariah Carey herself re-posted the clip.
One viewer commented: "Not the butterfly dance. Man just showed our age." Another added: "He did the Aunt Viv, Will and Carlton all in one dance."
A third said: "This. We have to normalise this level of happiness and joy - especially from men." Meanwhile, a fourth commented: "Mariah Carey re-posted!"
