Shoppers are snapping up a compact tyre inflator that is "simple to use and inflates really well" - with over 10,000 bought on Amazon in the past month alone. Now the AstroAI Tyre Inflator Air Compressor costs 15.96 in a limited-time deal, a 20% reduction on its full price of 19.99.
This is for the black and yellow model - it also comes in black and red for 17.96 (down from 24.99). The gadget features a large digital screen to give a real-time look at tyre pressure, promising a 'more accurate and intuitive experience'.
It's simple to use: customers need to turn on the car's engine, insert the cigarette lighter plug into the car's 12V outlet, connect the gadget to the tyre and select the pressure they want. The machine will then work its magic - automatically shutting off when it reaches the preset value, meaning there's no worry about overinflation.

It has all the bells and whistles users might want: an ultra-long power cord and an integrated LED light for emergencies, multiple nozzles to choose from, a needle valve adapter and a replacement fuse. It's not just compatible with cars, but can also be used on bikes, basketballs, swimming rings and more.
As an alternative buy, shoppers could look to the Ring Automotive Digital Tyre Inflator, which costs 20 from Argos. It promises a clear digital display, a long 3m power cable and single-button control - and it's proving popular, with 35 customers ordering it in the past 24 hours alone.

A higher spec option is the Bosch Easy Pump Digital Air Compressor, which costs 54.99 (down from 59.99) at Screwfix. Designed for cars, bike and motorbike tyres, as well as balls, it features 'real-time measurement' and 'pre-select functions for precise inflation'.
However, shoppers seem impressed with Amazon's AstroAI Tyre Inflator Air Compressor, awarding it an average 4.5-star rating from over 11,500 reviews. One said: "Sturdy, easy to use, and efficient. Absolutely fabulous. I'm not normally impressed, but I am with my purchase.
"I was completely stuck. I live in the middle of nowhere. I bought some posh valve covers (what a joke). The next morning, my tyre was completely flat, no air in it at all. I ordered the inflator, which came the same day (thank you, Amazon). I followed the easy-to-use instructions and wow, the tyre was fully inflated in five minutes."
One shopper deemed it a good value for the price and said, "Works exactly as explained. Pumped my car tyre up quickly and without issue. The cable is long enough to reach the rear tyres easily enough. Easy to use and then tidy away. Small light piece of kit too, easy to store. Would recommend for the price and quality of the item."
Another said: "What a purchase! So pleased I bought this. It is great not to have to go to find a petrol station to check my tyres, to be able to check them at home is perfect. It is simple to use and inflates really well. Definitely would recommend," adding that "it will soon pay for itself".
Some shoppers docked a star, like one who noted: "Easy to operate and small to medium-sized pump compared to some. Lightweight but very noisy. Does the job." Another said it does "what you expect" but "is noisy".
The AstroAI Tyre Inflator Air Compressor is available from Amazon.
