'I bonked neighbour and smeared food over her naked body but now it's become a disaster'

One sex-mad Daily Star reader is in over his head after a raunchy affair with his neighbour. And now he's turned to our own agony aunt Jane O'Gorman for help

Dear Jane... Passionate sex with my neighbour has spun out of control. What started off as a bit of fun is now a living nightmare.

The problem is that she wants more than I'm willing to give. She's demanding marriage and I'm not ready for that. I only divorced my last wife in September.

I have no desire to walk up the aisle again (for the third time) any day soon. But my neighbour says she's given me her body, so I need to give her commitment in return.

I thought this maisonette was going to be my safe space but now I dread coming home from work because I know she will be outside waiting for me.

She'll seduce me with a bottle of wine and ask to come in for "a chat". Chatting will turn to drunken fumblings and sex, then a terrible row about my selfishness and disregard for her feelings.

We got together before Christmas when she locked herself out. She banged on my door for help and ended up sleeping on my sofa.

In the morning I was woken by her offering me a mug of tea. One thing led to another, and she got into bed with me. We snuggled up, kissed, and then made love. I have to say it was fantastic. She was attentive, sexy, and wild.

The next day she brought over whipped cream, chocolate sauce and jelly and we smeared each other before licking it off.

I'd say that the first few months of our affair were fun but now she's tired of playing games. She wants me to tell everyone about her, give up this place and look for a new property with her. But she's asking too much of me!

JANE SAYS: Your neighbour clearly views you as her future and her man but if youre not interested in settling down again, then you have to give it to her straight.

Youre caught in a cycle of seduction, booze, sex and rowing. Every time she works her way into your home you end up falling into the same old routine.

You have to find the strength to rise above. Instigate a conversation when youre both relaxed, calm and sober. Admit resisting her bottle of wine and promise of sex after a tough day at work is hard but you both need to re-set.

The bottom line is that youre fresh out of a second divorce. You only finalised the paperwork with your last wife a few months ago. Youre still finding your place in the world.

Your lover may be intent on marriage but youre not and with good reason. This is a raw and uncertain time for you. Beg her to relax and give you space.

Sadly, if she cant, then maybe you need to look for a new place to live. Its unfortunate that things have turned toxic but you cant fake and make shallow promises when your hearts not in it.
