Popstar Noah Kahan has reassured fans after splitting his face open in a freak on-stage accident - while jokingly urging them to "keep worrying" about him.
The Stick Season singer left concertgoers stunned after accidentally hitting himself in the face with his guitar during his show in St Louis, Missouri and cutting his eye.
Despite the bloody mishap, Noah finished the performance before taking to social media to thank fans for an unforgettable night, and they're concerns.
He wrote on X: "St. Louis I split my face open for you and I would do it again 100 times."
Fans immediately flooded the comments with concern, with one writing: "Please keep us updated on the cut on your eye. We're all so worried."
Another joked: "We know you've s**t yourself but... is this the first time you've bled on stage? It's kinda hardcore, man."
Others were desperate to know what had happened, with one asking: "Someone please tell me how he managed to bust his face open."
A fellow concertgoer replied: "He told us that he hit himself in the face with his guitar."
Thankfully, Noah, 29, later confirmed the injury wasn't as serious as it first appeared.
Speaking after the show, he said: "Thank you so much. What an amazing night. For everybody that's concerned about my eye, I kind of like that you're concerned, so keep it up, but I'm fine.
"It's literally just a little scratch."
The singer then couldn't resist teasing worried fans, adding: "You never know, it could get infected... I can't remember when I got my last tetanus shot..."
"But still, because anything could happen. Who knows? Please care about me."
Fortunately, Noah appeared to be in high spirits after the accident and is expected to continue touring as planned.
His tour arrives in the UK in November with dates in Glasgow, Manchester, and London.
