Donald Trump has been brutally mocked on social media after stepping out with a dramatic hair transformation that left spectators completely baffled. The US President appeared to have altered his look yet again during a speech at the Red Rock Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

Addressing an enthusiastic crowd to highlight his economic agenda and boost Nevada Republicans ahead of the midterms, Trump sported a noticeably fuller, more colourful and meticulously styled mane than in recent public appearances.

However, the hair-raising appearance quickly sparked a torrent of ruthless mockery online, with eagle-eyed observers comparing his revived look to iconic movie characters and roadkill alike.
