If there's one man you would go to for advice on how to win I'm a Celebrity - it's Harry Redknapp.
The former Spurs manager cemented his status as a national treasure during his two stints on the ITV show, with his endless optimism and adoration for his wife Sandra gaining him a legion of fans.
And now Harry - who became King of the Jungle in 2018 before placing third in the South Africa version earlier this year - has shed a light on how other celebs should go about replicating his success.
And crucially, he reveals that your best chance of winning doesn't come from what you do in the jungle.
Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star on LG's World Cup bus, the 79-year-old said the key is not pretending to be someone you're not.
He explained: "Just be yourself, really. Enjoy it. You're not going to do or eat anything that's going to kill you. You are not going to drop dead."
The former West Ham midfielder says that when celebs are able to relax a little and be themselves, the show goes from a challenge to something quite powerful.
He told the Star: "I've never been to one of those posh retreat places where you don't eat, but it was a bit like that. It was good fun."
Redknapp says that he felt healthier and happier as a result of being on the show, admitting that he had a "bounce" in his step.
He said: ""I remember walking through the airport on the way home and I had a bounce in my step. I think I lost about 12 pound and felt really good."
Harry admits that he had no idea about how his time on the show would go, especially as he had never seen it, but revealed that he assumed a lot of it would be staged.
He said: "I thought there'd be a caravan. You'd go and have a cup of tea, a biscuit and a bacon sandwich. I argued with my wife about it. I said, 'There will beit's a TV show.' But she was right."
Harry admits one of the biggest factors in getting the public onside and doing well in the show is dependent on how the directors choose to edit the episodes, adding that this was especially clear on his most recent I'm a Celeb stint.
He explained: "The TV guys, they cut and edit it how they want to. We had that with the last one When I saw the way it was edited, you knew which way it was going to go."
