Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are done with the UK and have no plans to return permanently after their limited appearances at the Queens Jubilee celebrations, a royal commentator has claimed.
Meghan and Harry recently returned to their home in the US after the conclusion of a weekend of festivities to mark the Queens 70-year reign on the throne.
While Prince William and Kate Middleton took centre stage at a number of events, the Sussexes only appeared in public at a thanksgiving service at St Pauls Cathedral, after some commentators had warned they might steal the spotlight from the monarch.
Now, royal commentator Neil Sean has suggested that Meghan and Harry are unlikely to make many more royal appearances in future.
According to my good source, allegedly the sort of situation with Harry and Meghan is that theyre kind of done. Theyre through now with the United Kingdom, he told viewers of his YouTube channel.
Why not carve a brand new life out in California where they can do all the things that they allegedly wanted to do?
Neil suggested that Meghan and Harry did not expect the Jubilee celebrations to be a chance to kiss and make up with their royal family members, but hoped to see how things went as they attended their first royal event together since their acrimonious departure more than two years ago.
What it does appear to have done, this return visit Its assured them that, particularly one side of them at least, they have no desire to come back here and live in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis, he continued.
It all really depends on whether that other side of the relationship wants to really cut ties for good and simply base themselves over in the United States."
The commentator referenced a recent interview where the prince admitted that the US is now his home, while controversially suggesting that he wants to ensure the Queen is protected.
He added: So moving forward, it looks like this has validated his decision, but more importantly for Meghan it makes her reasons for leaving the United Kingdom or whatever story she wants to spin have now been fully validated moving forward.
This comes as royal watchers await pictures of the Queens first meeting with her great-granddaughter Lilibet, who celebrated her first birthday this weekend.
