Naturists calling for nudist geeks to get out their joysticks for retro gaming event

Naturist geeks are set to get their joysticks out for a naked retro gaming event during which they can play classic computer games.

They can stay and play classic computer games and stay for two nights. The nudists can relive their childhood memories by playing on consoles from the 1970s up to the 2000s. Gamers in the buff can pay 30 and the camping and glamping site located at the Sunfolk Naturist Club in St Albans, hosts events throughout the year.

The events are put on by British Naturism, whose spokesperson said: Join us for a day of Naked Retro Gaming fun. Stay the weekend with like-minded gamers and enjoy the great facilities at Sunfolk.

You can book for one or two-night stays. Sunfolk is a five-acre woodland naturist site owned and operated by British Naturism, the internationally recognised organisation for Naturism in the UK.

Situated just outside of St Albans, this peaceful setting is perfect for both seasoned Naturists and those wishing to explore a clothes-free world for the first time.

Starkers participants were assured they will be able to stay naked throughout the murder-themed evening which is set to be held in the function room of the Mill Arms in Dunbridge, Hampshire.

But back in February, fuming locals in Suffolk "banned" naturists from a popular beauty spot amid claims of "lewd behaviour". Dog walkers claimed nudists visiting Corton beach were "committing acts of self-gratification in public while one man has been accused of parading down the beach shaking his bits about.

Parish Council officials in Lowestoft erected a sign reading: "Corton Beach is not a naturist beach. Lewd behaviour will not be tolerated and may be recorded by CCTV and reported to the police.

Causing an offence to others is a criminal offence and all cases will be reported for prosecution.

Bizzie Broadhurst posted on the Parish Council Facebook group: I have absolutely no issue with the naturalists that use the beach respectfully, there is however a particular guy who I have seen and he was openly committing a self-gratification act in open public and doing it in an offensive obscene way.

I did report it on each occasion. This behaviour needs to be stopped so the minority are able to continue peacefully.

Nudists fans writing on the British Naturism website have lashed out at the signage for infringing on their rights to strip off in public.

A blurb on the campaign groups online forum hit back: [Corton] Parish Council [took] it upon themselves to stop naturism at their local beach.

They came up with the idea of a no-nonsense notice which asserts their authority, ending with the words By Order of Corton Parish Council.

They also warned publicity that the nudist ban was likely to lead to more naturists visiting the beach.
