Over the Bank Holiday weekend, hundreds of randy Brits joyfully met for the Swingathon Mini Weekender. Held over the May Bank Holiday weekend, running from Friday, May 1, to Monday, May 4, the four-day event, spanning three nights, welcomed more than 300 guests.
Taking place at The Mirage, an adults-only private members club in Lincolnshire, the keen swingers enjoyed intimate time in a secluded area offering much-needed discretion.
Mike, 36, attended the sexy festival with his fiance, Laura, 34. They have been together for seven years and have children, the Sun reported.
Three years ago, they opened their relationship. Mike told The Sun: Were into hot-wifing a trend where men like to watch their partner get it on with another man.
Laura added: He told me when we were sitting on the sofa, and I was breastfeeding our four-month-old daughter. The Mini Weekender sits alongside the main Swingathon festival, which is typically staged in July.
Matt Cole, founder of Swingathon, told the Sun: By day, its a really social, laid-back vibe people chatting, having drinks, enjoying the outdoors. Then as night falls, everything transforms.
Weve got themed evenings where people can dress up, or down, as much as they like, plus playful games like strip poker and adult twists on classic party games. Youll know youre in the right place when you arrive.
Theres lots of pampas grass outside, a symbol long associated with swingers. And because we are so secluded, guests get full discretion.
Chloe, 30, and her boyfriend of eight years, Steve, 32, briefly broke up until swinging brought them back together. Chloe told the Sun: After we broke up, I started swinging on my own.
And then Steve must have had the same idea as we were scrolling on the Swinghub app and found each other. Wed never even spoken about swinging before, and it brought us back together.
She continued: Its a turn-on hearing what Steves been up to. I cant really explain it, but when we come back together afterwards, its always when we feel closest.
Weekend passes cost 120 and include camping, while night entry is available on the door for between 20 and 40. Guests can pitch a tent or stay overnight in caravans on the site.
Tickets also reportedly cover access to a number of indoor areas, including several playrooms. One space features four large gold leather mattresses pushed together beneath a neon no heels on the bed sign, alongside a separate room described as a dungeon.
