TikTok 'goddess' who spent 75,000 on surgery compared to 'airbag' over massive 34H boobs

A self-proclaimed "goddess" who has spent more than 75,000 transforming herself says people compare her to an airbag because of her enormous breasts. Anakaliyah Mooi insists her body is a work of art and the ultimate expression of her own beauty.

She has transformed herself from an A-cup into a 34H after undergoing four breast augmentations, rhinoplasty, veneers, rib removal, butt shots and several body modification procedures. Anakaliyah said: "Jessica Rabbit and Betty Boop are big inspirations. I want to be a walking, living fantasy."

The social media personality, from Florida in the US, says she grew up in a very conservative Catholic family, where everything had to be "prim and proper."

She said: "I've spent a little over 75,000 on plastic surgery and I'm not done. People say I look like an airbag because of my boobs, but I actually like looking exaggerated. I've always loved myself, I just believe there's always room for improvement."

Anakaliyah says she was never unhappy with the way she looked but always dreamed of having larger breasts after describing herself as a "late bloomer."

She said: "I told myself that as soon as I turned 18, I was getting a boob job. That was the very first thing I did."

Since then, she has undergone four breast augmentations, with her latest surgery involving expandable implants that are periodically filled.

Today her implants measure 2,070cc, weigh around eight pounds, and cost approximately 9,100 ($12,000). Anakaliyah said: "I'm permanently carrying around 9,100 worth of implants."

Standing 5ft and three-quarters of an inch tall and weighing 114lbs, Anakaliyah's current measurements are a 23-inch waist, 41-inch hips and a 34H bust, although she hopes to reduce her waist to 22 inches. She admits finding clothes has become increasingly difficult.

She said: "There are certain clothes I just can't wear anymore. My girls are way bigger than some dresses. Sometimes there's too much spillage and it attracts unwanted attention. They've never been painful. They're just inconvenient because I have to buy stretchy clothes that fit my shape."

Despite the practical challenges, Anakaliyah says her transformation is about much more than changing her appearance.

She said: "I consider my body a work of art. To me, it's a true expression of beauty."

Breast surgery was only the beginning. Anakaliyah, who posts as @anakaliyah.goddess on TikTok, has also undergone rib removal before travelling to Peru for a controversial waist-narrowing operation known as RibXcar.

She says she travelled there because Dr Mencia is "supposedly the founder" of the technique, which partially fractures selected ribs before patients wear a corset during recovery to reshape their waist.

She said: "I wanted the higher ribs done because most doctors only work on ribs 10, 11 and 12, which I'd already had removed. My surgery lasted around 30 to 45 minutes and I stayed in Peru for 10 days."

She also underwent FrontXrib surgery to correct a rib flare but admits recovery has been far tougher than rib removal.

She said: "Rib removal was so easy. I was sore for about two weeks and that was it. This recovery has been much harder. I still can't twist properly, and if I stretch I still feel pain."

Anakaliyah believes discipline after surgery is just as important as the operation itself.

She said: "About 70 per cent of your results come from wearing your corset properly, following your diet and taking care of yourself afterwards."

Plastic surgery isn't her only fascination. She also enjoys body modifications and has had a silicone "thumb spine" implant inserted beneath the skin of her thumb.

She said: "A lot of people don't even notice it. I love how different it looks."

Anakaliyah says she hopes to undergo more body modifications because she is fascinated by people who fully commit to transforming themselves. Her next cosmetic procedures include a lip lift, a more snatched face, and larger anime-inspired eyes.

Funding her transformation has meant sacrificing many luxuries. Anakaliyah, who has worked as an OnlyFans creator for the past five years, says she rarely travels, doesn't drink and spends very little on designer goods because almost everything goes towards surgery.

She said "I don't really live a luxurious lifestyle. I save almost everything for surgery. My priorities right now are paying off my house and my plastic surgery."

She says many of her supporters enjoy following her transformation and become excited whenever she announces another procedure. Sharing her journey online has also brought criticism.

Anakaliyah says she began documenting her surgeries after her rib removal because many people are too afraid to speak openly about cosmetic procedures.

Since then, she has received comments calling her "plastic fantastic", comparing her breasts to airbags and accusing her of taking surgery too far.

She said: "Mostly the negative comments come from women. That actually makes me sad because I think women should uplift each other. Everyone looking the same would be boring."

Still, she laughs off many of the insults. Anakaliyah said: "When people call me an airbag, I joke that at least if I ever get into an accident, I'll have something to protect me."

Although Anakaliyah believes she is "about 90 per cent complete," she has no plans to stop having cosmetic surgery altogether.

"Will I ever stop getting plastic surgery?" she said. "That's a good question. I can honestly tell you probably not."
