Cash in by backing Nigel Farage to be soon in the bin with Britain's best tipster

Our top tipster John Ward reckons you can eclipse the bookies by banking on Nige to quit and by backing his football bankers as the new season kicks off

There was a lot of commotion this week when the sky went black. Which is odd because as far as Im aware the sky gets dark every day, its called night time. Of course this was different as it was the eclipse of the sun.

I went out to see what all the fuss was about but didnt see anything as the moon kept getting in the way. There was a bloke in the park selling fake eclipse glasses for 10-a-pop. He wasnt worried about being caught out as his customers wont be seeing him again.

If I had a quid for every time someone said not to look directly at the eclipse., I'd have enough money to pay for the eye surgery I need now.

Bye Nige.... wasn't that nice to know you(Image: Victoria Jones/Shutterstock)

Thankfully, someone has created an online resource for everyone who suffered retinal damage watching the solar eclipse. It truly is a site for sore eyes.

The whole experience was a bit like my sex life. It doesnt happen very often, only lasted a few minutes and was a bit of a let down. Another let down this week was that Count Binface failed to beat Nigel Farage in the Clacton-by-Election.

And Nige made himself look like an even bigger berk - which is good going considering hes often wearing pink trousers - by refusing to turn up for the result. Nige is claiming a big victory but by conceding quarter of the vote to a bloke with a bin on his head has made him a laughing stock.

Another investigation into the 5 million gift he received doesnt bode well either and I will snap up the 5/4 (Coral) on Farage not being the leader of Reform UK at the next general election.

Id also throw a few quid on at 5/1 (Coral) that Count Binface makes an appearance in the Im A Celebrity jungle this year.

John Hill from Coral, said: Count Binface may have missed out to Nigel Farage in Clacton, but that clearly hasnt deterred punters from backing him for an even bigger political prize.

The odds suggest hes currently more likely to be heading into the Im A Celeb jungle or blasting off into space than moving into Downing Street. But if support continues to build, who knows? Andy Burnham may want to keep one eye on that bin."
