Bloke bags 29 job interviews despite sabotaging CV with herpes and Mia Khalifa

An ex-Google employee has revealed how, despite sabotaging his resume with some rather shocking skills, he was offered a huge number of interviews

In a strange experiment, an ex Google employee claimed that he was a "Mia Khalifa expert" on his resume. In a bid to see how many people would offer him interviews despite having a sabotaged CV, New York-based career expert Jerry Lee decided to put employers to the test.

On his resume, Jerry claimed to be an expert on all things Mia Khalifa, stating that he knows everything about the adult film star. Mia Khalifa, who resigned from the porn industry over 10 years ago, is one of the most recognisable adult film stars within the industry, and is now known for her celebrity status and large social media and OnlyFans followings.

Jerry, who worked at Google until 2020, opted to add a number of red flags to his CV to see if recruiters would ignore them due to having experience working at a major tech company.

The first change he made was to swap his name for Kismma D. Nhuhts (i.e. kiss my nuts). The career expert then added all the normal experience youd expect from an ex Google employee, such as having skills in coding, AI and JavaScript, but sneakily added in that he was an expert in Mia Khalifa.

Further down his CV, Jerry added that hed spread herpes to 60 percent of interns in a previous role, and added that during college he held the record for the most vodka shots in one night.

"It's been about six weeks since we started this experiment," he said. "We got 29 frickin' interviews."

Jerry explained that hed been left shocked by the results, adding that it had given him three huge learning points in regards to crafting the best resumes.

"Focus on strong bullet points, clear job titles, and the impact you've made. They're your resume's backbone. Periods and font sizes are fine details, but it's the big stuff that gets you noticed," he said.

"Big names catch eyes, but don't sweat it if you haven't worked at a 'big name' just make sure your achievements pop with quantifiable results. It's about the skills you bring to the table, not just where you polished them.

"Lastly, KEEP. IT. SIMPLE. A clear, structured resume template is your best friend. Recruiters love them because they can spot the info they need at a glance."
