Bloke stabbed 5 times and smashed with baseball bat in brutal scrap over car park space

WARNING, GRAPHIC CONTENT: An ongoing feud over a car parking space had a bloody ending after a couple beat the victim with a baseball and stabbed him five times in Queens, New York City

A man has been left in critical condition following a brutal on-street dispute over a car parking space.

The road rage attack saw two people violently beat a 28-year-old victim senseless in broad daylight in Queens, New York City.

Arturo Cuevas, 30, and Daisy Barrera, 27, reportedly stabbed the victim five times and hit him over the head with a baseball bat.

Police are yet to reveal the name of the victim.

The Mad Max-like anarchy allegedly followed an ongoing dispute over car parking.

Witnesses claimed that the victim and the couple had been in a long standing feud before the grizzly climax.

The pair spotted the man on Friday at 4pm on 49th Street near 47th Avenue in Sunnyside, according to police.

They unleashed their vicious attack reportedly stabbing the victim five times throughout the body and striking him with a baseball bat across the head.

The man, already down and out, was kicked repeatedly in the back and skull leading to him being curled up in a bloody ball on the floor.

A NYPD spokesperson told the Daily Star: "Upon arrival officers discovered a 28-year-old male with multiple stab wounds to the body.

"A preliminary investigation determined the victim was struck with a baseball bat and stabbed five times throughout his body."

Two petrified witnesses stood nearby, with one other person only partially seen in the frame.

A bystander could be heard shouting oh my God, stop as Barrera wallops the man in the head.

The pernicious attack was caught on camera, with 10 seconds of the footage showing the bloody brawl.

The victim, flipped to his stomach, was pulled up by Cuevas before slicing an object across the mans beaten face.

Police said the cruel couple were taken into custody on Friday and charged with assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.

The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital Centre, where he was listed in critical but stable condition Monday, cops reported.
