Notorious gang Tren de Aragua may have finally found worthy competitors in Chicago's native criminals with fears the city could go up in flames.

Tren de Aragua has steadily seeped into the US in recent years from Venezuela. They reportedly specialise in human and arms trafficking, racketeering, prostitution and murders they have been on the FBI's radar for a number of months.

Members can often be recognised by their unique tattoos, which include an AK-47, the Air Jordan logo, or a skull wearing a gas mask. They also have a fondness for wearing Chicago Bulls merchandise, allegedly due to their admiration for NBA legend Michael Jordan.

There's lots of quality news coming out of the US.

But now that reported love for the Windy City might be put to the test, as they come against some of Chicagos homegrown hard-nuts from the south of the city. Local ex-con Tyrone Muhammad has sounded the alarm, issuing a chilling warning to everyone involved.

When the black gangs here get fed up with the illegalities and criminal activities of these migrants or non-citizens, the city of Chicago is going to go up in flames, Muhammad said. There will be nothing the National Guard or the government can do about it when the bloodshed hits the streets.

Muhammad, who spent 20 years in prison for murder, said native Chicago gangs like Black P Stones, the Vice Lords, Latin Kings and Satan Disciples might look to defend their hometown against the invading Tren de Aragua.

He told the New York Post: It is impossible to release gang members and criminals into our country through the borders and broken walls and infiltrate them in our community that's already impoverished and broken.

Earlier this month footage emerged of gang members taking over a hotel in Texas was dubbed something out of a real-life Mad Max by billionaire Elon Musk.

The report included a clip showing a crowded corridor of the hotel with at least one gun being shot while a bloke with a hatchet assaults people in front of a security guard.
