A couple claim they were left mortified after they allegedly caught their landlord having sex on the floor of their home before making a snack in their kitchen

A couple who let a landlord carry out routine repairs while they visited a relative in hospital were left gobsmacked after allegedly watching him have sex with a woman on their floor before making a snack in their kitchen.

Michigan resident Jason Crawford says he asked his landlord to fix a hole in the roof of their home that was allowing birds to come and go from the attic.

The couple had installed a closed security system inside the home and were left shocked after allegedly seeing the man having sex while on the job, according to Fox News.

Crawford claims the man then wandered aimlessly around their home in Westland, Michigan, and even appeared to make himself some food in their kitchen while still in the buff.

He told Fox News: "He was walking back and forth naked. I think he was making a sandwich I dont know.

Crawford admitted that they felt angry" and "disrespected" upon watching the footage and claim they confronted the man, but he allegedly showed no remorse.

According to Crawford, I said, I got you on camera. My wifes going to the police. He said, So? and hung up the phone.

The couple, who have one daughter, alerted police to the footage and are currently looking to hire someone else to carry out the much needed repairs.

The incident is not the first time a landlord has allegedly abused their position.

In 2018, landlords in the UK came under fire for reportedly extorting tenants who could not pay rent for sex.

Two male landlords were caught posting adverts on Craigslist seeking sexual favours in exchange for a free place to live, according to an investigation by the BBC.

One landlord reportedly described himself in his advert as a "professional single male in his late 50s", with a designer two-bed flat and everything provided, saying that he hoped for a Friends with Benefits (FWB) relationship.
