A filmmaker who "liked" ISIS Bride Shamima Begum has said that the 23-year-old is "demanding" and "enjoys attention".
Andrew Drury and Richard Ashmore, a pair of filmmakers who ended up as confidants to the controversial 23-year-old, say that she "manipulated" them.
Charmed at first by Begum, who recently lost an appeal to restore her British citizenship after running away from home to join the Islamic State, the directing duo said she became increasingly "demanding".

The directing pair believe Begum should have her citizenship returned to her, but also that she should face trial over claims that she was a willing member of ISIS when she joined the cell in 2015.
Speaking of their encounter with Begum, Mr Drury said: "I did like her when I first met her. But over time she started getting more demanding.
"When I went out there, she would ask me to bring things over to her, like clothes. I felt maybe I was being manipulated as I got to know her more."
His comments, which come during an interview with I, were echoed by Mr Ashmore, who noted that the 23-year-old "enjoys being in the spotlight."
He claimed: "She always reads everything thats written about her. She enjoys being in the spotlight. She likes to read about what people think about her, what she looks like. She is quite vain."
Richard went on to recall a "tantrum" Begum had during an interview at the prison camp in north-east Syria, where documentary filming was underway.
He recalled: "I remember that when we were talking to some other women in the camp, she got annoyed, had a tantrum because the attention wasnt all on her.
"She can be quite immature a lot of the time, but shes also clever enough to know what to say when pleading her case to return to the UK."
Her pleas to return to the UK were rejected recently as the Home Office praised the decision as keeping "the safety and security of the UK" intact.
