Vanusa Freitas spoke candidly about her rigorous fitness and diet regime.
While it may seem very OTT to some, the 32-year-old is dedicated to maintaining her eye-popping figure. So much so that she brings her own packed lunches to restaurants when she goes out!
The Brazilian bombshell, who has 116,000 followers, maintains a high-protein diet and gets through around 250 eggs a month. She also eats 15kg of sweet potatoes, which definitely catches people's attention when she's doing her weekly shop.
Eggs are a great source of protein that promote muscle repair and growth, while the high fibre potatoes aid digestion and keep her feeling fuller for longer.
She said: It may seem exaggerated but it is my monthly purchase. I eat more than six meals a day and they all include eggs and sweet potatoes. I don't use any type of dietary supplement.
"This amount of food is essential to perfectly meet my needs and maintain my intense training routine.
"The secret to getting quick results and achieving the 'perfect shape' is in your diet. I have nutritional support and follow my diet strictly, without deviations. The 'perfect' body requires sacrifices.
While Vanusa is very focused on her healthy eating plan, the same can't be said for her boyfriend. She confessed: "When we go to the market together, my cart is full of eggs and sweet potatoes, and his only has sweets.
As well as following a strict diet, Vanusa pumps iron seven days a week for up to eight hours a day. She also emphasised the importance of being active in your everyday life.
She said: I do everything but always aim to engage in physical activities, any exercise that I enjoy. Even going out dancing helps burn calories. So does cycling and cleaning, so the ideal [choice] is to always stay active.
Even though Vanusa's lifestyle may seem extreme to some, she does allow the occasional treat here and there. She added: I am more at peace with my body and I strive for balance. I'm allowing myself to go off the diet occasionally. There comes a point when your body stabilises. You can maintain yourself well without needing to make many sacrifices.
