Viewers were amazed by a homeless man's makeover after a selfless barber gave him a clean shave, wiping years off his appearance.
Joshua Santiago has become an internet sensation, travelling the US in his mobile barbershop Empowering Cuts. He's on a mission to provide free chops to the homeless, bringing along a little sanctuary complete with TV and loo in his van.
Now in light of World Homeless Day on Thursday (October 10), his TikTok is buzzing with 459,000 followers tuning into his transformation videos.

One video, which has since resurfaced, showed a fella who desperately needed a haircut. The clip scooped over 35,400 likes and nearly 800 comments as Joshua revealed the dude's hair was so knotted it looked like a dodgy toupee.

Handing him the chopped locks, the bloke remarked: "That's f**ked up. It looks more like a toupee, look." The trim didn't stop there - his beard and moustache got a tidy-up too.
Joshua captioned the blockbuster clip: "Treating someone who is currently homeless with compassion and respect can make a real difference in their lives."
He added: "It can provide them with a sense of dignity and self-worth, which can be a powerful motivator for change." Fans on TikTok were stunned by the transformation, flooding the comments with props and praise.
One user exclaimed: "The transformation is unbelievable. God bless them all." Another chimed in: "A haircut will change a man, especially the way he feels about himself and on the inside."
A third admirer commented: "Damn he handsome... you gave him something he needed to feel like himself a lil bit again and I thank you for it." A fourth noted: "That transformation is unbelievable. God bless him."
