A chap claiming to have the 'world's largest' todger is warning his fellow men to avoid penis enlargement fillers.
Matt Barr firmly believes that "bigger isn't always better."
And he speaks from experience - the 41 year old's own member measures a staggering 14.5in (36.8cm).
His sizable schlong is believed to be the "biggest medically proven penis" globally. The London-based AI expert finds it "bonkers" that an increasing number of men are turning to Botox, hyaluronic acid, and silicone injections for a more substantial package.
One clinic, Lushful Aesthetics, recently disclosed that a hefty 40% of its $3m (2.3m) turnover comes from penis filler procedures.
In a heartbreaking twist, a 56-year-old Russian bloke lost his life due to lung complications after receiving the genital injection.
Besides the potential physical risks, these injections also carry a hefty price tag they can cost you thousands, depending on which clinic you opt for.
Matt is highlighting the pros and cons of being well-endowed, hoping it will inspire others to embrace their natural size. "It seems bonkers to me and a sign that some people have too much money to burn," he told NeedToKnow.
"It's not like I am in need of them myself, so I'm not judging anyone who feels insecure about their appendage. But it worries me that there is a rise in men getting jabs into their c***.
"It's a surprisingly complex organ and, in my view, injecting any foreign substance into it sounds like a terrible idea. I know one guy who was heavily into silicone injection and it ended up infecting his bloodstream.
"It's not worth messing with your anatomy just to be bigger. Take it from me, this is not what your sexual partners will find most desirable about you."
Matt argued that having a larger appendage isn't all it's cracked up to be. Despite the common belief among men that size matters, he insists this isn't necessarily true.
He admitted that it can certainly draw attention, if that's what you're after. But Matt warned that the constant stares can become tiresome, whether you're in a sauna, public shower or on the beach.
He went on to debunk the myth that size only matters in the bedroom, stating that this mindset is misguided.
"Having a large piece also makes certain sexual positions and being with certain partners impossible," Matt revealed.
"It can take a very long time to get physically aroused enough to stay hard. I have to put real effort into my sex life and also have to think about what I wear in public, so I don't accidentally offend people.
"Just remember that 99% of your life doesn't involve your genitals at all. Once you get too big, compatibility is a real issue a small car has less issue finding a suitable parking space than a Mack Truck!
"And when you're my size, you start being considered a bit of a freak of nature.
"I don't tend to chat to my friends about genital-related issues, though they do pop up with questions now and then.
"It's more people online who get in touch sharing their experiences or asking for advice, especially those men on the upper end of the spectrum."
Matt frequently receives a barrage of messages from blokes seeking guidance about their manhood ambitions. The chap emphasised the perils of injections and fillers being administered to the organ.
He added: "I've also had messages from lots of guys talking about their penis goals, hoping to get silicone or Botox injections.
"Ultimately, there are so many risks that I can't understand the need for jabs."
Matt, whose member has been preserved in a museum display, has written a book chronicling his experiences living with an enormous appendage, wittily entitled A Long Story: Life With The World's Largest Penis.
