What you spot first in wolf illusion reveals your hidden personality traits

An optical illusion wolf personality test claims to reveal a lot about your personality based on whether you see the wolf's head or tail first - but you need to trust your gut

Optical illusions can be surprisingly revealing, with many claiming they offer a glimpse into your personality and the way your mind works. The trick is not to overthink it - simply look at the image and pay attention to what catches your eye first.

A TikTok video shared by @picpsy challenges viewers to decide whether they first notice a wolf's head or its tail. According to the clip, your answer could reveal some surprising traits about your personality.

If the first thing you spot is the wolf's head, it suggests you care deeply about your reputation and have a strong sense of self-worth. The video claims these people are often ambitious in their careers because they don't like falling behind others.

It says: "Seeing a wolf's head at first glance means you care about your reputation and have a strong sense of self-worth."

The clip also suggests these individuals value a simple life, have a strong sense of justice and dislike people who manipulate others for personal gain.

It adds: "You prefer a simple life and possess a strong sense of justice. You dislike when others are manipulative towards you or when they seek personal gains through unfair means."

The video goes on to claim that people who spot the head first are good at reading others' intentions, helping them decide who to keep close and who to avoid.

However, if your eyes are drawn to the wolf's tail first, the clip suggests you may struggle with indecision and dislike clutter. It even claims you could have a strong preference for cleanliness and keeping things organised.

It continues: "You might seem approachable and easy-going but in reality you are steadfast and not easily swayed in your beliefs and decisions.

"While you might give off an impression of being patient, you can be somewhat impulsive. You occasionally struggle to control your emotions, leading to feelings of restlessness or anxiety."

Despite this, the video says these people are constantly looking to improve themselves and refuse to settle for mediocrity.

The personality test sparked plenty of discussion in the comments, with many viewers saying the results were surprisingly accurate.

One person wrote: "Defo the tail is spot on with me too."

Another said: "Tail end. But I saw both."

A third admitted: "OK I saw the rear end but the wolf head is me."

Meanwhile, someone else commented: "The tail end and it is me 100%."
