'Younger people won't stop flirting with me and can't believe my actual age'

EXCLUSIVE: Edson Brandao is celebrating his milestone birthday at the end of February, but it doesn't stop the younger generation from flirting with him on a daily basis

A man who is celebrating a huge birthday at the end of this month revealed how the younger generation won't stop flirting with him.

Edson Brandao shares a huge glimpse into his life on social media where he opens up about his clean diet and fitness regime. The Brazilian, who currently lives in the Netherlands, is an influencer, content creator, entrepreneur and author of the book Young After 40: The Definitive Guide to Stay Younger and Healthier. Now as Edson prepares to turn 60 at the end of February, he exclusively revealed how younger people keep shooting their shot with him.

He also told Daily Star how many cheeky people even try to flirt with him.

The 59-year-old revealed: "People love to complain. Some say I 'dress too young', others act shocked that an adult dares to wear bright colours and a youthful outfit, they say 'act your age'.

"You'd think my outfits were causing a national crisis. It's wild how dramatic people get over my outfits. Some people acted genuinely offended that an adult dared to dress with a bit of colour, energy, and personality."

Edson loves to "dress like a teenager" in order to feel young. He even explained how this generation of clothes are more "bold, colourful and full of personality".

He continued: "Honestly, I just wanted to have fun... Adult fashion often feels boring and serious.

"Once I realised how much happier I felt dressing this way, I never looked back. I dress according to how I feel, and I feel very young."

In terms of his outfits, Edson loves a big graphic hoodie, T-shirts with colourful stickers and designs, as well as cargo pants and chunky trainers.

He enjoys a fit which makes "strangers stare and whisper", wondering how old he is.

And his youthful appearance even means he gets a lot of attention from younger people who try to get his attention.

Discussing his bachelor life, Edson admitted: "I'm single and that's where it gets funny. Younger people constantly think I'm their age.

"They flirt with me, they try their luck, they get bold. My clothes basically turn me into a walking agemystery, and the reactions are priceless. It's really funny!"

Edson, who boasts 735,000 followers on Instagram, uses his social media presence to share his life as a biohacker and anti-ageing expert.

Previously, he showcased his chiseled abs which he believes looks like a 19-year-old's. He credits his strong core to eating smart, and not less, he also believes it's about moving your body and being consistent.
