Boyzone have only reunited for one gig because their knees cant take a full tour.
The Irish foursome, now in their late forties and fifties, admit announcing their biggest ever show at Arsenals stadium in London is handy because theyre not fit enough for a full tour.
Ronan Keating told Daily Star: Theres no new music, its not a reunion, were not getting the band back together to go and tour the world.
"This is it. Right now it is one show at the Emirates. If we add a night, if anything, then it will be two nights at the Emirates, but that will be it."
Ronan added: "I dont think we are built for it any more. We cant do it, honestly. We are not kids and his [Keith Duffys] knees are gone!"
The boys havent all been in a room together since their farewell gigs in 2019. Mikey Graham even skipped yesterdays press conference. which was hosted by Laura Whitmore.
Ronan told the audience it has taken a lot, emotionally and mentally to come together again. He said: "We thought the band was finished, honestly - genuinely in 2019 we thought we won't get to do this again but the documentary showed us so much about who we are as individuals and how much we actually mean to each other as a group and how important we are to each other and being in each other's lives."
Boyzone also vowed to honour late member Stephen Gately. Keith said: We wouldnt be able to do a show without bringing him in. When we get together as a group, when the four of us are together we feel like Stephens in the room and we genuinely do.
Some of the things that Stephen used to do were hilarious and wed remind each other of that, and wed end up just laughing. Thats how we make him part of us now.
Gately died at the age of just 33 in 2009. The singer's death was later determined to have been caused by a pulmonary oedema resulting from an undiagnosed heart condition.
Ronan Keating opened up about the grief the band experienced after losing Gately. He told BBC Breakfast: "I don't know if you heal.
"I think you put a band aid on it and you crack on, and that's what we've done. We've been together, we've been apart. We do find it easier when we're together, because Steo [Gately] is alive when we're together. So that's a beautiful thing... But it's gonna be hard to stand up on that stage without him, that's for sure."
One For The Road: Live At Emirates Stadium, London takes place on June 6.
