James Haskell reveals wife Chloe Madeley is pregnant

Chloe Madeley has given birth her first child with husband James Haskell.

The 35-year-old daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnegan shared the happy news with OK!.

The proud parents said said: "We are delighted to welcome to the world our daughter. We are utterly besotted and beaming with pride."

They announced their little one's arrival with an adorable black and white shot of her hand.

Former I'm A Celebrity contestant James announced he and Chloe were expecting their first child together on Good Morning Britain in February this year.

The former England rugby star, 37, appeared on the ITV programme alongside his father-in-law Richard.

Prompting his son-in-law for the good news, the TV veteran quizzed James.

Richard said: "And there's another thing that we now need to talk about and I'm now going to talk to you as your father-in-law and it's about my daughter Chloe - your wife - what do you want to tell us?"

"Well Richard, Chloe and I are expecting our first child," gushed James as ITV star Ranvir Singh, 44, chirped: "Ahhhhh," at the sweet news.

The rugby ace continued: "We're going to be having a little girl," turning to Richard he commented: "And you are going to be a grandfather once again."

Former Strictly Come Dancing star Ranvir led a round of applause in the studio.

Chloe later confirmed the news on her Instagram page with a sweet video alongside the caption: "Little one" with a heart emoji.

She also shared a photo of grandmother-to-be Judy beaming with joy while holding up a pink onesie and photos of the ultrasound.

The footage also featured photos of Chloes growing baby bump from week seven to week 12.

The fitness fanatic found out she was expecting a girl during a meal with her mum at dad their family home which she described as a "movie moment."]

Chloe also revealed to OK! that the couple were close to looking into IVF and adoption before finding out she was pregnant at the end of last year.

The personal trainer revealed they hadn't used contraception "for months" and started to worry last year when she didn't fall pregnant.

She told the publication: I was getting to grips with the fact it might have to happen like that for me."

Chloe and James started dating back in 2014 and the pair announced their engagement after three years together when the sportsman popped the question during a romantic trip to Paris.

They tied the knot in December 2018 at All Saints' Church in Berkshire.
