Loose Women star Coleen Nolan says her health has drastically improved after dropping an incredible three dress sizes going from a size 20 to a size 14. The 61-year-old has gushed that she's never felt more confident and her transformation means she's finally ready to start looking for love again which is why signed up for E4 TV show Celebs Go Dating.

Showing off her slimmer frame in a series of stunning photos, the TV favourite has revealed that she achieved the loss by following Voys weight-loss plan, which offers a combination of weight-loss medication and clinical support to help users shape up.

She told the Mirror: "All the clothes fit and some even have to be pinned because they are big.

"Ive never had that happen on photo shoots before. Usually, none of the clothes fit and I have to keep them open at the back and just fake it. Im just thinking, Wow!2

Coleen isn't just more confident she feels healthier too, adding: "I feel so much better health-wise.

"My backs improved, Ive got more energy.

"And confidence-wise, of course it helps.

But Coleen insists that she doesn't want to slim down any further. She says, "I dont want to lose any more weight Im happy.

"Its about maintaining now and having a healthy relationship with food and with myself. And with Voy you get 24-7 support."

The mum-of-three, and granny admitted she hasn't always had the best relationship with food: "I used to eat when I was happy and sad".

"I dont worry about it in the same way any more."

Its this renewed confidence that has led single Coleen to sign up for Celebs Go Dating after she split from her boyfriend of three years in 2024.

The presenter revealed: "I genuinely want to meet someone and if Im going to do it, why not do it like this?

"I knew I didnt want to go on the apps again.

"If theyd asked me before, I wouldnt have done it as I wouldnt have had the confidence.

"I actually phoned my management and said, 'Can I do this?'"

Coleen gets a lot of messages from younger men but she has a hard-rule when it comes to dating anyone younger than herself, "A lot of the attention I get is from younger men sliding into my Instagram DMs, and I think, 'Why? What could you possibly want with me?'

"My rule is, I dont want to date anyone I could have given birth to", she insists.
