Coronation Street actress Elle Mulvaney has shared a sweet snap of herself on Instagram for her 80,300 followers.

The star, who plays Amy Barlow in the long running soap, posed in a hallway surrounded by stairs and bannisters as she smiled for the selfie.

In the first picture, Elle wore a high neck sleeveless top in a bright blue colour and styled her brunette hair behind her shoulders.

Subtle blonde highlights framed her face and she wore minimal makeup.

The actress face was practically glowing as she gave a little smile to the camera, her face looking glossy and fresh as she posed in the corridor.

The second picture showed her beaming from ear to ear as she angled her head slightly, showing off her impressive pearly whites.

She wrote in the caption: Swipe to see a smile, with a cheese emoji.

Fans and friends alike went wild in the comments as they flocked to shower the fresh faced star in compliments.

Co-star Paddy Bever, who plays Max Turner in the ITV show, left her a flame emoji, to which she replied with two red hearts.

Elle recently showed her support for fellow cobbles actor Harriet Bibby after a special announcement.

Harriet, who stars as Summer Spellman, announced that she has been nominated for a National Television Award and received a stack of support from her loved ones.

The awards show, which is due to take place in September, has recently revealed its longlist of nominees and Harriet was up for Serial Drama Performance.

As the current listing stands she is up for the award against her co-stars Charlie De Melo and Georgia Taylor who play Imran and his wife Toyah.

Elles character is best pals with Harriets in the soap and she shared a picture of them both to her Instagram story.

She announced that her pal had only gone and been nominated for the prestigious award and proudly urged her followers to vote for Harriet and all things Corrie.
