Frankie Bridge went topless and snapped a cheeky selfie to show off the cupping marks on her back. The 37-year-old star opted for cupping, a form of alternative therapy which involves placing cups on your skin to create suction.
The Loose Women panelist could be seen standing in the mirror from behind in her underwear. Her back tattoo, which reads "sunshine and showers", was also visible.
The former Saturdays star shared to Instagram several other snaps, such as that of her getting a tattoo and after a workout, where she sported black activewear. Frankie also revealed that she'd attended her friend's wedding and gone on a fishing trip with son Carter.
In the caption, she wrote: "A mixed bag this week. Turns out Carter gets his passion for fishing from his mum [laughing emoji]". Frankie recently opened up about feeling anxiety and guilt in the lead up to a holiday without her kids.
She said: "I always feel guilty about being away from home. I just always put guilt on myself because I'm like "It's selfish to go away, selfish not to be with the boys, Carter's going to be upset that I'm away".
Frankie shares sons Carter, 10, and Parker, 12, with husband Wayne Bridge. The star had been criticised by mum-shamers for going on holiday without her kids.
Hitting back in a pic of her in a red bikini, she wrote: "This... and being told I'm a bad mum for going away without my kids. Because you know people love to have their "opinions"".
Earlier this year, Frankie opened up about dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after health complications last year. She admitted she was feeling "really low" as 2025 approached, sensing "feel the depression just creeping in" due to concerns that her mental health struggles and digestive problems would plague her in the new year.
Frankie said: "I've had a bit of anxiety because I've had this nausea since Boxing Day," she said in her Christmas vlog. "This time last year, for 2025, I was like, 'It's going to be my healthiest year. I'm going to look after myself properly. I have lots of gut issues, I've got to really work on them, I'm going to eat healthily, work out.
"I really did do all that, and then I was probably the sickest I've been for years for most of the year with my gut - like, loads of issues."
