Holly Willoughby has revealed the hilarious reaction she received from her daughter amid her latest career move. The former This Morning star has launched her new YouTube show, Holly Willoughby Together , which will air two episodes each week.

Produced by Hungry Bear Media, the company founded by her husband Dan Baldwin, Holly admitted she couldn't trust anyone else with the project.

The 45-year-old describes the series as "a place where we can come together", promising "unscripted and unfiltered" conversations with "old friends, new faces and everyone in between".

"A place we can cook together, learn together, drink together and so much more. For everything life throws at us, Together is a place to celebrate it all," she adds.

Appearing on BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show with Sara Cox on Tuesday (July 28) to promote her channel, the mother-of-three opened up about what her children Harry, 17, Belle, 15, and Chester, 11 think of her becoming a YouTube host.

Presenter Sara Cox asked: "Are your teenagers slightly annoyed that you're on their platform?"

She replied: "Well, my daughter was laughing at me as I was sort of saying, 'And subscribe and ding the bell and you'll get notifications' and she's like, 'Mum you really don't know what you're talking about' and I'm like, 'No I don't, but I'm learning'."

Holly also revealed that one of her children recently told her off for taking a photo with her phone held horizontally.

"That's a massive no, no," she told listeners. "They're like, 'You take a picture like an old person', I'm like, 'What?' Oh my God, the pitfalls are everywhere."

Despite the light-hearted criticism from her children, Holly said she is "really excited" to launch the show. "We've been talking about it for such a long time now," she revealed.

"I feel like this idea has been in my head and I haven't been quite sure what it was or what it was going to look like and it's finally all come together and today is launch day, it's like I'm giving birth today, it's very exciting."

The show is Holly's first major solo project since she stepped away from This Morning after 14 years in 2023.

Her decision to leave came after she became the alleged target of a kidnap and murder plot by Gavin Plumb, who is serving a life sentence with a minimum term of 16 years.

Recently opening up about that difficult time, she told Grazia Magazine: "I started my forties very much thinking, 'Ive worked out life now'. Life really sometimes knows how to just kick you up the a**e and go, 'Hang on a minute'. Everybody knows what happened and it was difficult. It was a really difficult time.

"It did set me back and made me realise, 'Right, well of course you havent got everything figured out. Of course life is going to keep throwing challenges at you'.

"When something like that happens, suddenly everything else gets put into perspective and you know what? I dont fear what people think because I know what real fear feels like," she added.
