Ex glamour model Nicola McLean has admitted shed love smaller boobs but shes too scared to go under the knife again. The former Im A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! star, 44, says her famous 32GG assets have started causing more pain than pleasure.

I really want smaller boobs but I don't want to die on the operating table, I'm just too scared, she told the Daily Star in collaboration with WhichBingo.

I love the big boobs, but theyre just too big for my frame and give me back ache. Ideally, Id go to a 32DD. I cant go too small though boobs are my thing. Im known for my big boobs, big hair and big mouth!

Asked if shell still have her curves later in life, Nicola laughed: Oh, Ill be 90 with GG boobs just like Dolly Parton! Without the voice, sadly. I wish I could sing but I cant.

However, the country music icon's chest isn't as large as the Page 3 icon's and she also previously claimed her reported 40DD boobs were "too big" for her frame, just like how Nicola feels.

Nicola first rose to fame in her Page 3 days before becoming a reality TV favourite. She entered the jungle in 2008 and says shes desperate for a return on the Im A Celeb All Stars edition.

Im still furious Ive not been asked back, she fumed. Maybe they think Im too Big Brother now, but they need to swallow their pride and call me. Im one of the few people in this industry who doesnt self-edit. They know theyre gonna get fun from me. They need to get me on the next one.

Nicola says shes more than ready to relive her famous jungle shower moment.

The second series of Im A Celebrity All Stars is set to air in 2026, with filming currently taking place. Fourteen returning celebrities will face new challenges, all competing for the title of King or Queen of the Jungle.

Confirmed contestants include boxer David Haye, TOWIE star Gemma Collins, comedian Seann Walsh, and football legend Harry Redknapp.

Returning favourites Scarlett Moffatt and Ashley Roberts will also join the jungle, alongside Olympian Sir Mo Farah and actor Adam Thomas. The series will be hosted, as always, by Ant and Dec and is expected to air in early 2026.
