This year's final was brought forward one week after five contestants were forced to pull out of the show - two of which contracted Covid-19 while three others suffered injuries.

Two professional skaters were also forced to step away from the show during the series due to injuries.

Despite several set backs during this year's series, the finalists will return to the ice this weekend for the much-anticipated final.
