Katie Price 'jokingly propositions' ITV star as new flirty exchanges emerge

Katie Price was openly flirting with the ITV presenter at an awards show on Saturday night (August 15), but it's now claimed there was more than one cheeky exchange

Katie Price made no secret of her attempts to flirt with Jake Quickenden at an award show on Saturday night (August 15). It's now reported that things went "further than a one-off exchange".

The 48-year-old reality star was seen flirting with the This Morning star while on stage with him. Jake, 37, split from wife Sophie Church in May and was hosting the HBA Choice Award gong at the Hair and Beauty Awards in Manchester.

Katie is currently married to her controversial husband Lee Andrews, but people spotted that she'd ditched her wedding ring for the event. One flirtacious exchange saw Katie reference Jake's This Morning co-star Ben Shepherd suggesting he would 'suit' her.

She asked him if he was 'blowing her out'(Image: PA)

She said: "So I was on This Morning the other day with Ben Shephard, are you not good friends with him? You are aren't you?"

Jake replied: "I like Ben yeah, why what has he done?", to which Katie continued: "He said to me, 'do you know what? All the men youve been with, do you know who you would suit, who Id put you with?' And it was actually you!"

Jake then appeared flustered as she added: "Are you blowing me out? Is that a yes or a no? Im putting you on the spot," with Jake confirming: "You are."

Katie then pressed: "Am I your type or not", to which he cunningly responded: "Youre a beautiful lady, Kate, get on with the awards! Cheers Ben Shephard!"

But a source at the event told the Mirror: "Katie was flirting a lot with Jake and jokingly propositioning him. There was a lot of back and forth, and theres a certain rapport between them. They had a hug when he came off stage and had a giggle together."

The source added: "Jake was hosting and he called the night the Katie Price show. When she arrived people were falling over themselves for her. Jake gave lots of nods to her throughout his speech and she answered back.

The pair tied the knot in January

"Her table was close to the stage and so she was able to engage in plenty of banter which went back and forth. It was very much both sides." An onlooker said Katie was 'on form' and the crowd was 'lining up' to take pics with her.

Katie was there to present an award and also support her son Junior, who performed at the show.

It comes following speculation that Katie's marriage to Lee could be over. A representative for Katie surprisingly replied "no comment" when asked if the pair were still together.
