Katie Price left Olivia Attwood in shock when she revealed the amount she's forked out in total on cosmetic surgeries over the years.
The reality star, 48, was chatting to Olivia as part of her latest ITV series, The Price of Perfection, which investigates the world of cosmetic surgery.
Olivia, 35, pointed out that Katie has been gifted some of the work she's had done but asked her for the total amount that she's paid herself.
The former Love Islander asked: "You have obviously had a lot of free surgery but you also paid for a lot as well.
"Over the years would you say it's been like a mix of offered free stuff and paid?"
Katie replied: "I've probably paid 40,000 in all for surgery."
The answer left Olivia visible shocked as she gasped and interrupted "In total? Is that it?"
And she insisted that she would have had all the surgeries anyway, regardless of whether it was free or not, adding: "I would pay for it if I wanna get it done.
Katie also disclosed that she has "no idea" how many cosmetic procedures she's had but estimated it to be around "30 or 40" - Her first being aged 20 for a boob job and liposuction.
However, she refuses to tell her loved ones when she's getting work done because they rarely support her decision and try to talk her out of it.
Katie shared: "I don't really tell them now - everyone, everyone for 30 years have been, 'Kate you dont need this, you dont need that' but if I wanna do it, I am doing it anyway."
The star's last known procedure was in 2024 when she had another boob job, this time going down a size, in Brussels just days before she performed at Dublin Pride.
Series 3 of The Price of Perfection airs later this month.
