Katie Price reveals adorable new kittens after heartbreaking pet tragedies

Katie Price has introduced a new litter of kittens to fans after revealing she stayed awake all night looking after the tiny arrivals.

Katie Price has revealed her beloved hairless cats have welcomed another litter of kittens, with the former glamour model sharing a glimpse of the newborn arrivals on social media.

The TV personality posted a series of clips to Instagram over the weekend, showing the tiny kittens curled up together in a cosy pet bed alongside their mum.

It wasn't immediately clear exactly how many kittens had been born, but at least four could be seen feeding while Katie gently stroked them as they settled in. The 48-year-old told followers she'd barely slept as she looked after the latest additions to her household.

Captioning the post, she wrote: "Been up all night looking after these babies."

Katie appeared delighted as she watched over the litter, although she chose to disable comments on the upload.

The decision comes after she has repeatedly faced criticism over her ownership of animals following a number of tragic incidents involving pets over the years.

Just under two months ago, Katie revealed she had suffered heartbreak after two of her cats disappeared while another kitten died, all within the space of a week.

At the time, the mum of five suggested the missing pets may have been taken.

She wrote: "My cat Eilleen has gone missing or stolen, please return her to Arun vets in Storrington West Sussex."

Katie later shared the same appeal alongside a picture of another missing cat, Doris.

Earlier that same week, her then partner, self-proclaimed millionaire JJ Slater, revealed one of Katie's cats had died while recording a personalised Cameo video for a fan.

The 33.23 message had been requested as a Father's Day gift thanking the recipient for being "the best cat dad", before the conversation turned to the couple's shared love of animals.

Katie's history with pets has frequently made headlines.

Over the years, eight of her animals have died in unexpected circumstances while in her care.

In 2023, her German Shepherd Blade was killed after being hit on the A24 close to her Sussex home. His death came just six months after her Pomeranian Sharon also reportedly died on the same road.

Another of Katie's dogs, Sparkle, was killed there in 2020, while her Alsatian Queenie died after being struck by a delivery driver outside her home in 2018.

In 2017, one of her horses died after escaping from a nearby field and ending up on a motorway.

A dog belonging to daughter Princess Andre also died while staying with Katie, while her puppy Rolo died after just a week in her care following what she described as a "tragic accident".

Katie has also previously revealed that her pet chameleon Marvin died, claiming it was because of a "broken heart".
