Loose Women's Coleen Nolan 'wants to snog and get intimate' after splitting from partner

Coleen Nolan has opened up about the end of her relationship with ex-husband Ray Fensome, saying she doesn't necessarily miss sex but does miss a "good snog"

Loose Women's Coleen Nolan has admitted she misses getting intimate.

The television icon was in a relationship with her ex Michael Jones since 2001, but they chose to "remain friends" back in 2024 and went their separate ways.

After marrying EastEnders actor Shane Richie and later musician Ray Fensome, Coleen has shared that what she misses most is physical affection rather than intimacy itself: "I do miss hugging and kissing but not necessarily sex. That said, if I meet him and I fancy him he's getting it! You can't beat a good snog and there's only so many times I can kiss my boxer dog's crinkly face," she told OK!

Single Coleen mentioned she would "probably date again", but is waiting for the right moment and the right person: "The men I meet are either married or gay, so I've no hope in the industry I'm in and I don't go out to bars, unless they're serving me a cup of tea."

Coleen is currently focussing on her farm, but is interested in joining a country life-focussed dating app(Image: Instagram/ @coleen_nolan)

At present, Coleen's attention is on her farm, home to over 30 animals, and her new YouTube channel. Despite her busy schedule, Coleen hasn't ruled out joining a dating app to find her ideal partner, reports the Mirror.

She revealed: "Apparently, there's one that's aimed at country folk called Muddy Matches, so that'll be the one I try when I'm up for it!"

Coleen recently separated from her partner and is currently living alone

Coleen Nolan said she's in no hurry to let a new partner into her life, admitting she's enjoying the freedom of having her own space: "But whoever I date, I'm not sure I want their toothbrush in my bathroom. I've been in relationships my whole life and I'm enjoying having my house to myself, not worrying about anyone else."

The Loose Women presenter admitted she is soaking up her alone time

The Loose Women star also noted that double dating with her colleague Ruth Langsford, who separated from her husband Eamonn Holmes last year, isn't something she's considering at the moment: "Ruth's definitely not going on dates yet. I'm trying to force her into it but she's not having it and I think she'd be a terrible wingwoman, she'd be too severe and say: 'No, you're not right, get away!'"
