Love Island star admits she posed nude for Hugh Hefner but never slept with him

Playboy star Hannah Elizabeth has confirmed that during her time at the run-down Playboy Mansion, she did strip off for mogul Hugh Hefner, but they never had sex

Love Island star Hannah Elizabeth has admitted to stripping naked for Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner, but claims the pair never slept together.

The 33-year-old influencer was booted off the All Stars version of the show at the end of January this year, but shes had plenty of success with other endeavours, and became a Playboy bunny aged just 18. The star explained that she lived in the run-down Playboy Mansion and modelled naked for Hef.

Speaking at the Saving Grace podcast live show, Hannah told host GK Barry: I was Hugh's naked paint model when I was there I would stand naked on the red carpet and get painted. It was my dream to work on Playboy. I never slept with Hugh he was too old when I was in the mansion. The mansion was so run down.

When I used to speak to [Hugh] he would never understand me! I didn't do a sex party but I went into the grotto and saw a lot of bits going on and I thought: 'Nah, this isn't for me', so I left. I did meet Snoop Dogg and some other celebs there, though.

Hannah previously admitted to some crazy shenanigans at the Chicago mansion, telling The Sun back in 2015 before Hefs death in 2017: The parties are crazy. But because Hef is quite old now hes only down there for 20 minutes. And then he goes up to bed.

The Love Island babe alleged at the time: Obviously back in the day he was a party boy. But when were watching a DVD in the cinema room hell get up to go for a wee and hell walk really slow. Hes not some big playboy. I dont even reckon hes f***ing his wife.

She added: I was naked, no knickers. They spend all day painting you. Im not a**ed about being naked. And Hannah even keeps a box of mementos from her Playboy days, telling Daily Star exclusively: At the time, we didnt even have iPhones - imagine if I had an iPhone there! I would be getting so many videos. I used to take a digital camera, come home, go to Boots and print all my photos off.

Ive got a box full, at my mums, full of all these Playboy mansion mad memories. There were naked girls, everywhere! You know those machines in Boots? People were waiting behind me, whilst I printed them out."

Hannah also said the Love Island villa was just as sex-obsessed as the mansion, telling us: People were trying to get away with things but they would always catch us because they would voice in, as there is a Big Brother voice that you don't see on the telly.

So people would try and take the mics off and stuff and then they would shout to us, so you couldn't get away with much, also because there are cameras everywhere. There's even a camera in the toilet."
