Since their first meeting on Love Island, Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury have continuously dominated the headlines. From their blossoming love on Love Island to their dramatic split, the turbulent nature of their romance has kept fans invested.

When the pair split in 2024, it rocked the showbiz world as they had been tipped to be one of the UK's most powerful couples. But since then, things have changed and the couple are back together once again.

Things reached a new milestone for the pair when they officially welcomed their second child on Wednesday (June 3). The announcement caught everyone off guard, but has sparked a wave of congratulations for the happy couple.

So, here's a comprehensive overview of Molly-Mae and Tommy's romantic timeline, from their original encounter to the birth of their second child.

2019 Love Island meeting and becoming official

Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury first met during the fifth series of Love Island, broadcast in 2019. At first, it seemed that Tommy had set his heart on contestant Lucie Donlan, but the spark was unmistakable once Molly-Mae stepped into the villa.

The pair finished as runners-up in the programme and made their relationship official while still in the villa, leaving the show as a pair in July 2019. Come September, they had relocated to a Manchester flat together, cementing their status as a cherished social media duo.

2020-21 Romance ups and downs

In May 2020, the couple were criticised for importing a Pomeranian puppy from Russia, a birthday present from Tommy to Molly-Mae. The dog appeared in countless Instagram uploads but sadly passed away from a seizure six days later due to an underdeveloped skull.

By July, they were marking their two-year milestone with an adorable Instagram post, with the pair being inseparable. But in October 2021, they endured a terrifying burglary at their residence, which saw thieves make off with approximately 800,000 worth of belongings. According to Manchester Evening News, the pair, who weren't at home during the incident, were left 'extremely shaken'.

2022 turned out to be a major year for the couple. Early in the year, Molly-Mae unveiled a partnership with Pretty Little Thing, while her social media activity throughout showed her championing Tommy's boxing endeavours.

They also revealed on Instagram that they had bought a property together, which was later revealed to be a 4m Cheshire mansion belonging to Molly-Mae. The most thrilling development arrived in September 2022 when Molly-Mae and Tommy disclosed they were expecting their first baby, with little Bambi being born on January 23, 2023.

Throughout that year, Molly-Mae and Tommy dominated social media with their romantic updates and sweet family photographs. So when they revealed their engagement news in July 2023, accompanied by an Instagram video of Tommy's proposal, few were particularly taken aback.

In a shocking Instagram story in August 2024, Molly-Mae left fans stunned when she revealed the couple had split. She suggested an unhappy end with the words: "After five years of being together, I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way."

Speculation mounted over possible cheating following a report in The Sun which claimed the boxer had been unfaithful - claims he refuted. But despite the major rumours engulfing the couple, the tension between them could not be ignored.

Throughout 2025, Molly-Mae would end up being seen with Tommy, despite having cut him off. The pair would eventually reunite later that year, and the pair announced they were expecting their second child in 2026.
