This Mornings Josie Gibson has shut down dating rumours with fellow TV presenter Stephen Mulhern.

On Saturday (April 13), the blonde bombshell, 39, and her co-star Stephen, 47, were spotted walking outside the studio straight to the set of the final episode of Ant and Decs Saturday Night Takeaway. While more than four million viewers tuned into the ITV special, many couldnt take their eyes off the pair who were seen holding hands on the night.

Its fair to say the duo looked utterly relaxed, with the mum-of-one rocking a camouflage jacket and mint green T-shirt. She styled her golden tresses in a beautiful, blown out quiff as she strutted her stuff to set.

When asked about the recent snaps, she admitted to OK! magazine that love was not on the cards for the pair. Insisting that the pair were simply best friends, she told the publication: Stephen? Oh, hes so lovely.

We are really good friends. I really adore him, but theres no romance in the air. But hes so nice. Every bloke that I come in contact with, the press seems to think that Im having it off with them. People must think Im a right goer.

The doting mum added that is hoping to dispel the idea that she is on the lookout for a new boyfriend. She explained: Im not like that. To be with somebody or to even kiss somebody, Ive really got to love them.

I cant give my energy over when Im not completely into it. You know when you get the magic connection? For me it only comes around like once every seven years or eight years.

I love the love because those are very, very special [moments] when you find them. The TV star, who shot to fame in 2010 when she won the 11th series of Big Brother, revealed that she has been single since her relationship with her ex-partner Terry came to an end.

The former couples romance began in 2017, despite knowing one another for several years. They went on to welcome their son Reggie-James, 6, that September but decided to go their separate ways the following year.

Seven years later, Stephen told Celebs Now he hadnt been on a date in four years, adding that makes me sound really sad! I need a life. I need to stop working so much.
