Football hardman Neil Ruddock has moaned that despite his famous nickname, he never gets offered jobs by a razor company.
The former Spurs and Liverpool ace has been overlooked despite being dubbed Razor for his no-nonsense style on the pitch.
Instead, companies like Gillette have used Arsenal ace Raheem Sterling and ex-Gunner Ian Wright.
Ruddock, 56, grumbled: There is one thing youd think being called Razor would have brought me.
To this day Ive never been sponsored by a razor company.
Ian Wrights there shaving his face in front of the nation and Ive had nothing. Winds me up.
Razor manufacturers, I dont care what bit of me I have to shave beard, back or bikini line give me a call.
In his new book Toxic, the Harrys Heroes star said the lack of telly ad jobs doesnt stop him getting collared by punters.
He added: While Im not quite as clean-shaven as I might be, I definitely do still get recognised.
Ill always be Razor to most people, and Im happy with them calling me that.
Ive had people bellowing Razor! at me for years blokes trying to shake my hand while Im stood at the urinal and it aint going to stop now.
Im like a magnet. If Im in a restaurant full of celebrities and someone walks in off the street, you can bet your life theyll ignore everyone else and come straight over to me Razor! because they see me as approachable, which I am.
So long as no-one tries to nick my naan bread, Im fine.
By the way, Im the exact opposite. If ever I see someone famous when Im out and about I never go over Im too worried they wont know who the hell I am.
I couldnt deal with the embarrassment.
