Oasis have been tipped to achieve yet another career milestone days after the Britpop icons are set to return to stage next year.
The brother-led band are said to be embarking on another huge tour next year which would see them play an incredible 12-night residency at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester. This follows the immense success of their return tour last year. Now, Liam and Noel Gallagher have been heavily tipped to be headlining Glastonbury for its return in 2027.
Glastonbury, the biggest festival in Europe, took a year off in 2026 to replenish the land. The fallow year has left plenty of room for speculation on who might headline the iconic Pyramid stage for its return.
According to bookies William Hill, Oasis have topped the list after the announcement of their return to stage.
Spokesperson for William Hill , Lee Phelps, said: "With Oasis set to return to Knebworth and the Etihad Stadium on tour in 2027, and with Wonderwall seemingly becoming the soundtrack to England's celebrations this summer, interest in the band has reached another level and were 6/1 that the Mancunian rockers headline any night on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury 2027.
Theres no doubt that it would be one of the most iconic headline performances the festival has ever seen, and it's no surprise punters are already backing Oasis to complete their comeback with a return to Worthy Farm.
According to our market, at this stage the most likely headliners are Sam Fender (2/1), Harry Styles (2/1) and Madonna (3/1).

Oasis' announced tour would take place in late summer leaving them plenty of time to perform at Glastonbury in late June, when the Somerset festival takes place.
An insider told The Sun: "Oasis schedule is booked. Its 12 nights at the Etihad in June over six weeks. They will then play Knebworth six times over a three-week period in September. Dates could be added but for now thats the master plan."
The brothers have yet to announce the news themselves, but fans are already keen to secure a ticket.
