Snoop Dogg will star in a new horror movie already been dubbed as the 'craziest' scary movie. Little details are yet to be shared, but the upcoming project is set to be directed by acclaimed director Eli Roth, who promises to bring Snoop's personality to the big screen.
Eli's known for his work in the horror genre having directed movies such as Hostel: Part II, The Green Infernos and slasher Thanksgiving, as well as having starred in Quentin Taratino's war film Inglourious Basterds as an actor.
He said: "Hes [Snoop] been wanting to do Death Row Films for a long time. I said we need to make the ultimate haunted house movie, like the craziest one, something that mixes House, House by the Cemetery, Hausu and Friday the 13th, like something so insane people cant believe it exists.
Filming for the project, titled 'Don't Go In That House B***h', is expected to begin this Summer in Los Angeles and Roth briefly summed up the synopsis as "People keep going in the house. People dont listen".
Whilst Snoop is known for his music he has had a few TV and film roles - He starred in the Academy Award-winning drama Training Day, appeared most recently in Scream 5 and has had voice parts in animated projects such as Turbo and The Garfield.
Snoop is also working alongside Eli on another upcoming movie - Ice Cream Man, except this time he isn't starring on screen but working behind-the-scenes on the sound track.
"He sent me some score not hip-hop, but actual score. I was like 'Oh my god, this is incredible. So we have a whole section of the movie thats completely scored by Snoop", he shared.
So far no other actors have been cast, however Eli teased that he hopes it will made up of "L.A people" and he posted a spoof trailer for now.
