Stacey Solomon finally bagged herself a rare child-free date with husband Joe Swash only for her baby daddy to awkwardly crash the party.

The Sort Your Life Out star, 36, was thrilled after lining up babysitters for the brood and whisking Joe off for some overdue quality time together at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.

However, their romantic plans took an unexpected turn with Stacey's ex Dean Cox - Dad to eldest son Zach, 18, - Joined them alongside his wife.

In a hilarious video, Stacey joked: "Do you know who's really important to bring on a date day with your husband?

"Your last baby daddy and his wife - Zach's dad, Zach's stepmum, my dad, are all on this date with us."

Dean wasn't the only tag along either, Stacey admitted that she had to bring her dad Dave along to receive the VIP treatment with them.

She chuckled: "It's not a date day without bringing your dad!

"This is Dave's lifelong dream so we couldn't not come on the date without him but now Joe feels like the third wheel."

Joe joked he was a "gooseberry" .

Sharing a series of loved-up snaps before they set off the couple appeared to yet again hit out at rumours their marriage is in trouble as Stacey playfully wrote: "Mum & dad date day with you doesn't matter what they say, to the moon and back."

Adding: "A rare day for us.

"Joe's sister has kindly taken the pickles out for the day (we love you cassie).

"And we are off somewhere we've never been to before but always wanted to go SO excited!! Happy Sunday Everyone. Lovvveee uuuu alll."

Childhood sweethearts Stacey and Dean were just 17 and 18 when they welcomed son Zachary.

Stacey is also mum to 14-year-old son Leighton with former fianc Aaron Barnham, before she welcomed daughters Rose, four, and Belle, three, and son Rex, seven, with husband Joe.
