Jada Pinkett Smith was 'on her porn game' at height of five-times-a-day habit

Hollywood actress Jada Pinkett Smith has opened up about her former porn habit and admitted that she was watching videos "up to five times a day" when she was "on her game"

Jada Pinkett Smith has admitted that she once had a porn addiction before she was with Will Smith.

On her series Red Table Talk back in 2019, Jada said: What I was doing was unhealthy, I had a relationship with pornography that was not good for me. I consumed it up to five times a day.

The Girls Trip actress explained that she started to watch porn when she was trying to be abstinent and admitted that it came from an emotional place. Jada also said that she was attempting to fill an emptiness with porn.

She said: [...] But its actually not and reading some of the effects of pornography, like the idea that it gives you false expectationsI can definitely see that with men [...] [sarcastically] A woman should always be willing and ready, he should be ready to have sex however he wants and you should enjoy it no matter what.

Jada then told Willow: "If I was still on my porn game, I'd be able to show you some good porn," but noted that in pornography, the actors are made to appear as though they are never tired and branded the industry unnatural. However, Jada did confess that she benefitted from watching it.

Jada recalled: I grew up in a household that created a lot of shame. So theres something about [watching porn] that was freeing [...] I dont really think we know culturally what women like in regards to sex because women have not been allowed to explore in the same way as men.

The Hollywood actress is currently married to Men In Black star Will Smith, but it has been reported that they have been separated for years. The pair met back in 1994 but only began dating a year later.

On her Red Table Talk, Jada revealed that she regretted starting their relationship while he was married to his former wife Sheree Zampino. She said that at the time, she did not understand marriage and divorce and probably should have fallen back.

They went on to marry on New Years Eve 1997 and share two children - Jaden, born in 1998, and Willow, born in 2000. It was recently revealed that the pair split in 2015 after Jada was involved in an entanglement with singer August Alsina.

Although they got back together, the pair then separated again and have remained apart since 2016.
