Megan Fox surprised her fans with a stunning makeup-free selfie, showcasing her natural beauty like never before.

The 37-year-old Hollywood star bared all (of her face) in an Instagram post on Wednesday. In it she says she was in the process of applying Wella Professionals hair treatment to her dyed blue locks and 26-inch extensions since her return from Coachella.

In her snap she appeared to be just wearing lip gloss, and was without foundation. Fox's image was captioned: "repairing my hair (and 26 inches of extensions) post coachella".

Donning just a black bra and red plaid pyjama pants, the blue-eyed beauty wowed her 21.8 million followers with her down-to-earth selfie.

More than 1.3million clicked the like button, while many thousands descended on the comments section to share their thoughts on the natural Fox.

One wrote: "This isnt Megan Fox."

Another said: "I didn't know who the hell I was looking at until I read the account name.....wtf???"

A third added: "You look like Chelsea from love is blind. I dont know why you copied her style."

While a fourth mooted: "I thought this was Kim Kardashian."

However, amongst the confusion there was a lot of love for the natural look.

One admirer wrote: "Better without makeup tbf you look way more natural."

Another said: "Megan cant do anything without people tearing her apart. Do your thing girl youre f***ing fabulous."

The 37-year-old has recently been the centre of social media speculation about having plastic surgery.

In a recent interview on Call Her Daddy, the actress revealed all the work she had done, but admitted to holding one procedure back.

I had my boobs done when I was 21 or 22, I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids because I dont know where they went! Then I had to have them redone recently because I didnt have enough body fat to disguise the rippling of the implants.

She went on to say that she also had her nose done in her early 20s and hasnt had a rhinoplasty in a decade.

Megan also agreed shed had botox and filler, but theres one thing shes gatekeeping and wont reveal to the world.
