Sydney Sweeney is allegedly on the cusp of unveiling her very own lingerie line. The 27-year-old screen siren has secured backing from Amazon mogul Jeff Bezos and his new spouse, Lauren Sanchez, who have injected funds into her fledgling brand.
According to a Us Weekly insider Sydney's lingerie line is set to drop "very soon".
The stunning blonde, who's rapidly become one of Tinseltown's most in-demand actresses, has been pouring her heart into the project for "for the last year", and it's finally nearing its launch.
A source revealed: "This has been a huge project for her and something she's been working on for the last year."
Sydney's star has been on the ascent of late, with show-stopping turns in hit TV series like Euphoria and The Handmaid's Tale, not to mention high-profile collaborations with brands such as Laneige and Frankies Bikinis.
The talented actress, who called off her engagement to Jonathan Davino earlier this year, has also been tipped to join the 007 franchise as a Bond girl, with director Denis Villeneuve reportedly eager to bring her on board for his next film.
A source recently dished to The Sun on Sunday: "Sydney is the top name on the casting sheet for Bond.
"Denis believes she is hugely talented, as well as having an alluring appeal to younger generations, vital in modernising the franchise. They've hung out together a lot and he has admired her stratospheric rise.
"Plus Sydney has the quality of being athletic and able to perform physical scenes, as well as being feminine and following in the legacy of the Bond girls."
Last month, Denis was announced as the director for the upcoming Bond film, promising to "honour the tradition" of the iconic character. The role will be filled by a fresh face after Daniel Craig's departure from the franchise.
The director expressed: "Some of my earliest movie-going memories are connected to 007. I grew up watching James Bond films with my father, ever since Dr No with Sean Connery."
He added, "To me, he's sacred territory. I intend to honour the tradition and open the path for many new missions to come."
