Nathan Aspinalls stag and Ella Toones hen do collided in Ibiza, creating one of the greatest sporting crossovers.

The darts star jetted off to Ibiza with his friends earlier this summer, including fellow arrowsmiths Joe Cullen, Chris Dobey and Ross Smith. Seven weeks before he gets married to fiancee Kirsty, now two weeks away, The Asp truly let his hair down and partied away.

Pictures of the 2023 World Matchplay champion arriving at the airport in a wedding dress and him being stitched up by his mates in all types of shocking shirts left fans wishing they were involved in the celebrations. But that was just the half of it.

The arrival of Manchester United and England midfielder Toones hen do party also enjoying the sun and spirits of the Spanish island, made for a brilliant spectacle to follow on.

Pictures soon turned up on Instagram of Aspinall with Toone and also getting snaps with Mary Earps. Fellow Lionesses Alessia Russo and Georgia Stanway were also there in the celebrations.

Toone married her partner Joe Bunney on July 1, with Russo serving as the maid of honour.

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star Sport, via 247Bet, Aspinall said: It was mental, we turned up on the Thursday at the airport and I had a wedding dress on and she had a (Manchester) City kit on.

I've met her before and we kind of walked past each other and I kind of went hello, she went, Nathan, and that was kind of it.

And then we get through the airport and they're all there and on our way off to Ibiza, so they're on the same flight as us.

So you imagine at the front you've got all the Lionesses and at the back you've got all the dart players. People in the middle of us must be thinking what f****** plane are we on?!

The two groups crossed paths again at Wayne Linekers O Beach where the brilliant snaps of Aspinall and the Lionesses partying together were snapped.

It was class and when we landed we had a chat and found out they were at O Beach the same day as us and you know, the stars aligned, they were on the beds next to us.

"Whether they got the tickets off the same person I did, I don't know! Aspinall continued.

We spent a couple of hours with them in the afternoon and they were all fantastic. Mary Earps, I met Mary, what a lovely woman she was, Russo was there too. There were a few of them.

Just great fun and we enjoyed their company as much as they enjoyed ours. It was crazy, but they enjoyed their weekend, probably not as much as we did!
