Birmingham City star Marc Leonard required gas and air as he was stretchered off against Newcastle United with a horror injury.
The 23-year-old midfielder was caught on the knee by Newcastle midfielder Lewis Miley after he slid in to make a challenge during their FA Cup clash.
Mileys studs landed on Leonards knee with full force, seeing the Blues man immediately wave his arm in the air frantically to receive treatment.
Play was soon stopped as medical teams tended to him, eventually seeing gas and air administered to him before he was stretchered off several minutes later.
The Blues were level with the Premier League side at the time of the injury.

Birmingham said on X, formerly known as Twitter, as he was replaced by Icelandic international William Thor Willumsson: "Marc comes off with what looks like a nasty injury. We're all with you, ML."
Fans sent their best wishes to Leonard on social media with one user saying: Prayers for Marc Leonard. A second wrote: Marc Leonard going off injured for Birmingham all the best to him not nice to see at all. While a third added: Hope Marc Leonard is ok, hes been playing so well as well.
And another posted: "Shame on you referee that you not see the terrible tackle on Marc Leonard, that tackle was a red card worthy!"
The magic of the cup was in full flow as the League One side took the lead on Saturday evening - but they were quickly pegged back by Newcastle, who had to rely on the assistant referee to award the goal.
The Magpies then took the lead before Birmingham hit back in a barnstormer of a cup clash. However, it was Newcastle that would have the last laugh as Joe Willock completed his brace in the 85th minute.
Newcastle are now into the fifth round of the cup.
