Euro 2024 draw as it happened as England discover opponents for Germany showpiece

With England finding out their fate, fans can barely wait till the tournament in Germany next summer.

A Euro 2020 final defeat saw England continue their drought for a international trophy.

Next summer's tournament could be a golden opportunity for The Three Lions to clinch their first major honour since the 1966 World Cup.

England will come up against Denmark in Group C in what will be a rematch of their Euro 2020 semi-final victory.

It was Harry Kane's extra-time goal that secured a 2-1 win for England to send them through to the final.

Gareth Southgate's side will get their Euro 2024 campaign underway against Serbia on June 16.

They'll come up against former Premier League players Aleksander Mitrovic and Dusan Tadic next summer.

Ex-England striker Alan Shearer said Gareth Southgate would be 'extremely happy' with the draw.

England will take on Denmark, Croatia, and Serbia in Group C at Euro 2024.

The victor of playoff winner C will take the final spot in Group F, alongside Portugal, Turkey, and Czech Republic.

The final spot of Group E will be taken by either Israel, Bosnia, Ukraine or Iceland.

It's a spot in Group D for the winner of the playoff winner A.

England's Group C is completed with Gareth Southgate's side taking on Serbia, Denmark, and Slovenia.

Italy take on Spain, Croatia, and Albania as Group B is completed.

Switzerland take the last spot of Group A, alongside Germany, Scotland and Hungary.

All six teams from Pot 3 have been drawn into their groups.

Next up is Pot 4 which includes Italy.

It's Group F for Czech Republic who will face Portugal and Turkey.

Slovakia will face Belgium and Romania in Group E at Euro 2024.

Netherlands will have a major clash against France as well as against Austria in Group D at Euro 2024.

Slovenia take the third spot in Group C where they'll face England and Denmark.

The 2018 World Cup runners-up take their place in Group B alongside Spain and Albania.

Scotland will open Euro 2024 against Germany in Group A.

All teams for Pot 2 have been drawn.

Turkey are in Group F alongside Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal side.

Romania are drawn into Group E alongside Belgium.

Austria are placed in Group D and will be France's opener at Euro 2024.

It'll be a Euro 2020 semi-final rematch with Denmark taking on England in Group C.

Albania are making just their second appearance in the Euros as they will take on Spain in Group B.

Hungary will make their fifth appearance in the European Championships in Group A alongside Germany.

The six teams from Pot 1 have all been drawn with England taking their place in Group C of Euro 2024.

The 2016 European champions make their ninth appearance in the tournament.

It's a seventh appearance in the European Championships for Belgium.

The 2018 World Cup winners take their place in Group D.
