Leeds United star Charlie Cresswell has crashed into a police car hours before their playoff semi-final with Norwich.
The Peacocks are set to welcome Norwich to Elland Road on Thursday evening after they played out a 0-0 draw in East Anglia. However, hours before the crunch clash, Cresswell, 21, hit a police car with his Land Rover outside the Leeds stadium.
According to The Sun, the full-back was believed to have been driving the vehicle at the time of the crash. Images from the scene show a Land Rover Defender and a police car both damaged outside of Leeds' West Stand ticket office.

Leeds players had been asked to report to Elland Road this morning ahead of the clash. And West Yorkshire emergency services were called to the scene shortly before 10.15am.
Police confirmed that an officer had suffered minor injuries. A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police added: "At 10.13am today [Thursday], police were notified of a collision involving a police car and a Land Rover Defender on Elland Road, Leeds.
"An officer received medical treatment for minor injuries. No other injuries were reported." They added that enquiries were "ongoing" into the cause of the collision.
Cresswell has been a regular feature on the bench for Daniel Farke's side this season - but he has struggled for game time. Leeds are looking to return to the Premier League at the first time of asking after narrowly missing out on automatic promotion.
Leeds missed out to Ipswich, having taken the battle to the final day of the season.
Cresswell has also earned England caps at youth level - and he was part of the England U21 squad which won the 2023 European Under-21 Championship.
