Mark Molesley left supporters of Aldershot Town feeling rather confused by taking part in an unusual pre-match interview in which he rambled on about a series of unexpected topics.
The Shots manager spoke to Sky Sports ahead of the FA Trophy clash against Bromley on Saturday in which his team went on to lose by two goals to nil having gone in level at the break.
The 40-year-old not only asked whether penguins can get cold, but also if a tree makes a noise when falling if no-one is around to hear it land.
However, despite the likes of Eric Cantona being deadly serious in similar interviews during his playing days, Molesley was in fact trying to poke fun at the interviewer.
He said: "If a tree falls, and if no one is there to hear it fall, does it make a noise?
"Does a penguin get cold? What way does your bath water go? Clockwise or anticlockwise when you take the plug out.
"These are questions that are going to be asked of us, these are questions we have to have answers to.

"We are looking for solutions and we have to solve the equation sometimes.
"Sam has had a lovely haircut, its started to grow out now. Coops is here working silently away. Robbies over there, its the first time hes been quiet today.
"Terry has bought a briefcase in, you know, hes got four Japanese talking dogs in there. But you know this is what we work with, and we will continue to work hard."
Molesley was of course poking fun at hypothetical questions during the first take of the interview, going on to complete a more traditional chat shortly afterwards.
Molesley had two spells as a player at Aldershot before calling time on his career back in 2017, joining them as a manager after leaving Southend United last year.
Aldershot currently sit 17th in the National League with seven wins from their 23 outings, with Molesley's overall record standing at eight wins from 45 outings.
