Neil Razor Ruddock hired psychic Derek Acorah to rid his home of a pervy ghost that leered at his missus.
Razor and wife Leah Newman decided an exorcism was needed after she felt a presence in her bedroom every time she was undressing.
Razor also said he heard the ghoul whisper in his ear.
And they were left terrified when wooden ornaments flew off the walls and rocking chairs swung into action on their own.
Razor told the Daily Star Sunday last week how surviving his heart scare had made him turn to spirituality and a belief in the afterlife.
He now has images of Jesus everywhere in his house including in the bathroom.
Razor called in TV psychic and ghosthunter Derek before the Liverpudlians death in January aged 69 from sepsis.
He said Derek banished the ghoul by yelling at it and revealed it was the spirit of a dead soldier shot down in 1940 during the Battle of Britain, which was fought in the skies of Kent over Razors home.
Razor added: We had Derek round our house because we had a spirit in the house we had a ghost.
We called him George, and George has gone now after Derek came.
He kept watching my wife getting undressed. George the spirit was always in the bedroom George The Perv.
George was an old soldier from the fields from years ago. He was in the war. Were in Kent, the scene of a lot of battles like the Battle of Britain, with a lot of Spitfires downed around here.
George was an ex-soldier who was infatuated by Leah when she was getting undressed. Derek told him off.
I didnt believe, but when Derek was here and I turned the lights on and went into the bedroom where Leah gets undressed, I swear and you can take the p*** out of me someone went, Hello in my ear.
And I bricked it I bricked it. It was George.
Things were falling off the wall we have got wooden things on the walls and they would just fly off the wall and chairs would rock, so it was crazy.
Derek, God bless him, hes no longer with us, he sorted it out for us.
